The Standard Sampler

Just the cheese please? You got it— get a sampler box of just our cheeses.

We include 2 lbs of cheese— we do our best to ensure that each wedge is as close to 8oz as possible but some variation may occur. Rest assured that your total cheese weight will be at least 2 lbs!

Four (4) wedges of cheese:

1. Echo — a cider washed alpine style cheese
2. Solidago — a saffron washed tomme
3. Sagan — a natural rind tomme, and
4. Eugene — our newest cheese— a stout washed tomme

Shipping

All orders will be shipped by UPS 2nd day Air on Tuesdays. Please ensure that you put the cheeses into the refrigerator promptly after delivery!

For local pickup, we will have your box ready for pickup in our farm stand by 4pm on the Tuesday after your order is placed.

Delivery

All your cheeses will arrive in vacuum sealed wedges with sufficient ice packs to keep the cheese cool at time of delivery. 

The unopened wedges will remain in good condition in your fridge for at least 2 months.

Please ensure that you are at home at time of delivery so that you can put the products into your fridge promptly!
